“LOVED OUR STAY IN OSLO! EXPENSIVE CITY BUT WELL WORTH A SHORT TRIP. WE VISITED A WEEK OR SO AFTER THE HORRORS THE CITY WENT THROUGH BUT FOUND A RESILIENT PEOPLE WITH AMAZING STRENGTH. TWO KIDS WITH US TOO, PLENTY TO DO AND SEE. HOTEL BRISTOL IS VERY CENTRAL, IDEAL FOR THE TRIP!”

“The shower was very tight with little space to move. The Saturday night celebrations below continued to vibrate through the hotel until 3 am. The staff was very helpful. The Hotel Bristol was in a good location for walking to the many sights in the city. ”

“Conveniently located near Karl Johans Gate, a few minutes walk from National Theater metro stop. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but a lovely inside. Nice lobby area with well-done dining and reading area. Rooms were very spacious and well-decorated, bathrooms large and modern. Very well-done breakfast. Free WiFi, plus a hardwired computer/printer in the lobby. A few drawbacks: a little warm in the room (not uncommon for older European hotels); no American electrical outlet; a little noisy at night from clubs on the street below (you may want to ask for a quieter room away from the streets); breakfast starts later on weekends so we missed our breakfast on the day we left. None of them outweighed the positives, though.”

“Nice Hotel in the center of Oslo, only few minutes to walk from central train station, harbour, castle and and and... Hotel is good, only breakfast is a little bit small for a hotel of this category.”

“I enjoyed the stay at the Hotel Bristol. Location is just excellent with 5 minutes walk to the town center and 15 minutes from the central railway station. Comfortable room, clean bath room.”

“Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They accommodated all of my room requests (higher up floor, quiet location). We had a lovely room facing the interior of the hotel on the 5th floor. We could open our windows any time, and had no noise of any kind! Lobby and room were lovely, location outstanding, breakfast excellent. We would definitely stay at the Bristol again if we return to Oslo. The Oslo package was outstanding value -- for the 3 of us, we saved approximately $360 between the reduced hotel room price and the free museum admissions and free transportation from the Oslo pass. My only suggestion is to be sure to get directions if coming into town from the airport on the express train (the Flytog). It is an easy walk from the National Theater stop to the hotel, but we didn't know which way to go -- should have asked the hotel in advance.”
