Tourist Information Department

The Tourist Information Centres help you plan your visit and are your hosts while you are in Oslo.

Our main task is to provide correct, useful and inspiring information for visitors and potential visitors. Through this work we want to contribute to an enjoyable experience for our guests, and make sure they take part in all the things the city offers. This work is partly funded by the Municipality of Oslo.

VisitOSLO operates one all-year Tourist Information Centre, located by City Hall. The call centre is open Monday-Friday all year round. There is a second Tourist Information Office at the Cruise Terminal, which is open when cruise ships visit Oslo.

The Tourist Information Department is responsible for the operation and development of VisitOSLO's online booking.
