Lambertseter Church

Lambertseter church was designed and built in 1966 by architect Harald Hille. It has a seating capacity of around 400.
The altarpiece of stainless steel and brass is by Finn Christensen. The baptistry window (1997) and altarpiece in the chapel (2000) are by Tor Lindrupsen. The new sculptures (2003) in the church are by Einar Stoltenberg and the new vestments and frontals (2003-4) by Laila Endresen. With its wonderful acoustics the church lends itself very well to concerts.
