If you are interested in architecture, Aker Brygge og Tjuvholmen are attractions in and of themselves. There is a lot of outdoor art installations to be enjoyed in the area, and Tjuvholmen has several galleries of international standing. Architecture and art unite in the new Astrup Fearnley Museum of modern art, drawn by world-renowned architect Renzo Piano.
