Bispegården/Oslo Ladegård
Oslo is an old city and the oldest part is the area called Gamlebyen (east to the city centre). Here you can find ruins of Medieval churches and monasteries, and the Bishop's farm was located here. This farm is originally from the 13th century, but the building which stands there today is from the 18th century. There is also a beautiful garden there and a cafe all belonging to the former Bishop's farm today called Ladegården. It is possible to visit this place and have a guided tour in the building including the basement where you still can see the remains of the original building. http://www.visitoslo.com/en/oslo-ladegaard-old-manor-house.96944.15001r230.tlp.html
