“SYnd at glassheisen ikke kan brukes på søndager!! Men takk til dama i resepsjon som ihertfall spurte om vi kunne få kjøre heisen. Takk til at vårt ønske om rom høyest mulig opp i etasjene ble hørt.”

Bra hotell, men litt uheldig med rommet

“Hotellet var veldig bra, men vi fikk rom vegg i vegg med heisen, så det var litt støy derfra. Men hotellet var, som vanlig, veldig bra!”

“Med regjøring mener jeg at på badet på rom 2201, var det til dels store mengder muggsopp i fugene ved over gang bad og vegg. Ser ikke helt bra ut for et htell med den standard som Radison Blu Plaza ønsker å være.”

“The welcome in the Hotel was very pure. I had to change the room three times because none of them were ready. At the reception they couldn't help me with the Oslo-Pass Voucher and the Concierge was not there in the morning. so I only got the Oslo-Pass Tickets in the evening. The Breakfast was very good . the Service Personal were very friendly, aslo the Concierge Personal, but not the People at the Reception. The Location of the Hotel is very good if you arrive by train.”

“Litt negativ opplevelse fordi; da vi sjekket inn viste det seg at hotellet bare hadde et rom til oss, men vi hadde reservert og betalt for to rom. Dette ordnet seg heldigvis og vi fikk to rom. Det var bare en dyne på dobbeltrommet - måtte ringe for å få opp en dyne til. Det mest negative var at hotellet trakk betaling på rommet på visa, selv om begge rommene var betalt på forhånd. Dette synes jeg ikke var akspetabelt! Det var visstnok gjort en feil av resepsjonist ved innsjekking. Dette irriterte meg voldsomt - ble svært skeptisk til rutinene i resepsjonen hos dere!!!”

Wow! What a hotel

“It was great to find that we would be staying in the tallest building in Oslo and we weren't disappointed. The gym on 37th floor was great. Supper and drinks on the 34th floor was breathtaking. The choice at breakfast was very good. Our only complaint was that there wasn't a double bed in the room, but that wouldn't stop us coming back.”
