“The staff could have been a bit more friendly to us. One evening my husband and I wanted to drink a beer before we go to bed. The receptionist made big problems because there were 2 drunk guys at the hotel. The receptionist asked my husband if the beers were ordered for the drunk ones. Even when my husband said he doesn't know them and the beers are for us he said he does not believe him and was very unfriendly to my husband. After telling the 3rd time that those beers are for us he gave us the beers but still saying that he does not believe him. That was very unrespectful. We also had twice dinner at the hotel. We came at 8.00pm to the dinner. At 8.25 the waiter came telling us we have no time anymore and should go to the buffet now if we still want something to eat because the kitchen closes at 8.30pm. I have never been in a hotel where the kitchen is closed at 8.30pm. That is usually the time we start to eat. Very often the food was out (dinner or breakfast). They never cleaned the tables after someone had finished the breakfast. We always cleaned our table before we started to eat. The hotel and the location was great but the service could be much better and the friendliness to the guests too.”

“Mannen som sjekket oss inn og ut var overhodet ikke noe hyggelig. Hadde booket ett dobbeltrom, og fikk ett twinrom. Da jeg spurte pent om jeg kunne bytte til et rom til ett med dobbeltseng, fikk jeg en leksjon i om at det ikke det eneste kriteriet når man bestilte ett dobbeltrom var at det var to senger, og det hadde jeg tydligvis fått, så jeg hadde ingen grunn til å bytte....”

“Vi overnattet på hotellet for å ha en rolig morgen etter et bryllup i nærheten, og da er det faktisk en nedtur at frokosten ikke serves lenger enn til 10 på søndager, og ting begynte å bli tomt 0945. Ellers var oppholdet helt herlig.”
