Rica Oslo Hotel

“The hotel is in a central location convenient to the station . The front desk staff are not particularly friendly . The first floor corner room in which I stayed was noisy and exposed overlooking the junction of two streets and being next to a pedestrian crossing with an audible signal . There are no room safes and the storage space for clothes is inadequate . The bathroom was also very small . The breakfast was no better than average and on some mornings the breakfast room was very crowded . ”

“Pleasant stay, comfortable room with very nice (warm) shower! Breakfast was excellent. Hotel is very close to railway station and shopping centre. Parking is expensive in the centre, so better not bring your car but go by bus, tram or train.”

“Mulig vi er to inkompetente ingeniører, men vi fant ikke egen lysbryter til badet! Kun ved inngangsdøra, og da ble det lys ved TV-området også. Litt forstyrrende, når en (inkontinent) må på do i løpet av natta......”

“Vi ble positivt overrasket. Store behagelige rom, godt renhold og nydelig frokost. Frokostsalen var intim og koselig. Vi kommer tilbake hit neste gang vi skal til Oslo.”

“Hadde bestilt superior rom, fekk tildelt eit rom som ikkje svarte til forventningene. Dårlig luft (ikkje mulig å regulere) og dårlig lukt (tilbakeslag frå toalett/sluk?). Ønsket å bytte og dette ordnet seg fint. Fekk eit fint og reint rom, med mulighet for god utlufting. Holdning og service i resepsjonen derimot var dårlig, fekk inntrykk av at vi var "hår i suppa".”

“Ankom kl. 15 og fikk anvist rom av hyggelige resepsjonister. Siden en av oss har heisskrekk og rommet vi fikk tildelt lå i 5. etg. var det ingen sak å få byttet om til 2.etg. Bare smil og velvilje hele veien. Det samme gjelder både for barceeper og frokostverter, rett og slett et hyggelig opphold. Vi har brukt hotellet noen ganger før og kommer så absolutt til å bruke det igjen :)”
