Cirque du Soleil's signature show, the famous Saltimbanco, "explores the urban experience in all its myriad forms". The show will be played in Oslo Spektrum on Thursday 8 October, Friday 9 October, Saturday 10 October and Sunday 11 October.
This will be Cirque du Soleil's second time in Norway. In 2007 the show Delirium was performed twice to sellout crowds in Oslo Spektrum.
Since Saltimbanco's world premiere in April 1992, it has been seen by 9,5 million people in 75 places on 5 continents. Cirque du Soleil: "Between whirlwind and lull, prowess and poetry, Saltimbanco takes spectators on an allegorical and acrobatic journey into the heart of the city".
