Henie Onstad Art Centre A renowned museum for modern and contemporary art. The art centre shows changing exhibitions, the Henie-Onstad collection and its works by Picasso and Matisse, as well as famous Norwegian artists like Weidemann. Here is also Sonja Henie’s trophy collection. The Art Centre is beautifully situated by the Oslo fjord and is surrounded by an extensive park area. In the summer, this is a great place for swimming and picnics. In spring 2008, Henie Onstad offers guided tours designed for students in different age groups. The tours explore the various themes of the exhibitions and last for about one hour. Welcome to an enlightening visit to Henie Onstad Art Centre!
