Hydra Diving Centre: Classes and trips
Hydra is Norway's biggest diving centre and Oslo's only 5-star PADI IDC centre. Since the opening in 1986 they have certified more than 10000 divers. They also have a shop/diving centre in Drøbak south of Oslo.
Courses for beginners and professionals, and instructor classes.
Service department that offers overhaul on all the major brands on the market.
Gas filling for all kinds of technical diving.
Equipment rental through the Drøbak department.
The shop in Oslo has a wide selection of diving equipment from all the best brands. They also organise diving trips in Norway and abroad (e.g. Red Sea and the Maldives). All diving lessons take place outside Hydra's centre in Drøbak.
FREE DIVING TRIPS EVERY THURSDAY:
Bring your own diving equipment and show up at Hydra at 5 pm, and the group will be brought somewhere along the Oslo Fjord. You must be certified for diving (in the winter for night diving). Not on public holidays.
