Annie is in charge of the department’s daily operations, and works to strengthen Oslo’s position in the international meetings market. She is also responsible for maintaining good relationships with VisitOSLO’s collaborators.

Ann works to increase the number of international conferences held in Oslo, in collaboration with the University of Oslo. She primarily works with conferences in the fields of education and research.
Key areas: conference statistics, conference calendar
Liz works with conference statistics and with finding new meetings that are of interest to Oslo. She is also in charge of updating the conference calendar on visitoslo.com.
Key areas: International B2B
Maria works to increase B2B business to Oslo within the corporate markets in the US, UK and Germany. She specializes in incentive business travel and international conferences and meetings.

Marina works to increase the number of international conferences held in Oslo, in collaboration with Oslo’s three major university hospitals Rikshospitalet, Ullevål Universitetssykehus and Radiumhospitalet. Her area of expertise is conferences in different fields of medical research.
Peter Michael Haug
Key areas: development of VisitOSLO’s partner portfolio
Peter follows up on potential new partners for VisitOSLO, with the goal of signing new partnership agreements. He is also responsible for maintaining relations with existing partners and shareholders to make sure they find their partnership with VisitOSLO beneficial.
Stine Guddal Ruud
Key areas: congress, projecting, sales
Stine works to increase the number of international conferences held in Oslo, in collaboration with Forskningsparken, BI School of Business, and the University of Oslo. Her specialty area is conferences in the fields of research, technology and education.
