New flight service from the US to Oslo
US Airways will open their new summer service between Philadephia and Oslo on 21 May 2009. Tickets for the daily flights will be available from 25 October. This will be the second direct flight from North America to Oslo; Continental already has a popular service between New York City and the Norwegian capital. The flights will depart from Philadelphia at 8.35 pm and arrive in Oslo at 10.35 am local time the next day. From Oslo the flights will depart at 1 pm local time and arrive in Philadeplhia at 3.45 pm on the same day. US Airways will fly the route with Boeing 757s with 176 seats, 12 of which will be business class. The direct service will be US Airways' second to Scandinavia, and Oslo becomes the airline's twenty-third transatlantic destination. More info: www.usairways.com	© US Airways
