New Orleans Restaurant

Bar/restaurant with cajun-creole menu.
Cajun and Creole are very similar, but have different historical backgrounds. Cajun has its roots in the South of France. During the 17th century, many Frenchmen emigrated to Nova Scotia in Canada, then called Arcadia. They later found their new home in the swamps and along the rivers of Louisiana.
