Telenor Arena Chosen as Eurovision Song Contest Venue in 2010Telenor Arena is a multi-use indoor stadium located at Fornebu a few minutes drive west of downtown Oslo. This ultra modern indoor stadium can seat 23.000 spectators in concerts and has already hosted international stars as Tina Turner and AC/DC. In Norway the arena is famous for being the home pitch for last year’s championship football club Stabæk. The stadium was opened ahead of the 2009 season in Norwegian football.

Thai Inaugurates Oslo - Bangkok Direct Route June 15thThai Airways International Public Company Limited announced the introduction of a new non-stop service between Oslo and Bangkok on April 20th, and tickets are already availble. The operation will start on 15th June, 2009 and there will be 5 weekly arrivals.

Eurovision Song Contest 2010; The Decision is Oslo!Norwegian Broadcasting (NRK) announced during a press conference on May 27th that next years Eurovision Song Contest semi-finals and finals will be arranged in Oslo on May 29th 2010 after some discussion about the location in Norway.
