Oslo Concert Hall (Oslo Konserthus)

Oslo Concert Hall is situated in Vika, in the heart of Oslo. It is a leading arena for both national and international culture and music. We can offer a broad spectre of concerts, and something for every musical taste.

The world's finest artists and orchestras can be heard and seen here, and the Oslo Philharmonic Orchestra has Oslo Concert Hall as its permanent scene. Our series of concerts in the genres classical and jazz are very popular, and we also have our series of concerts for children!

Oslo Concert Hall yearly presents more than 300 events, and our auditors count more than 200,000 per year.

There are has two concert halls, holding respectively 1404 and 266 seats. We house our ticket office and several rooms for conference and rehearsal. Also, we have large foyers very suitable for exhibitions and receptions. Our own restaurant can offer a variety of menus and concepts, and we can serve gala banquets for several hundreds. In our "Glass house" the atmosphere gets wonderful and exquisite when we make ready for our Champagne receptions. Candles in large chandeliers and table music from the grand piano creates the perfect setting.

Ticket office : Mon-Fri 11am -5 pm, Sat 11 am-2 pm. In addition: 2 hours before concerts (also on Sundays).

Tours for school classes:
School groups, music kindergardens and children's orchestra can have a guided tour in Oslo Concert House where they also get to hear the Oslo Philharmonics rehearse. The tour is adapted for the age group, and is free. Get more informastion by contacting birte.loken@oslophil.com
