For hikers

The countryside of the Oslo Region with mountains, forests, lakes and the Oslofjord coastline forms an extensive network of forest tracks and paths.

Lillehammer
The Lillehammer Region has vast mountain plains with a comprehensive network of paths and roads. The landscape is varied and consists of anything from forests to mountain plains. Walk the Peer Gynt path or follow the Pilgrim’s Route in the region which winds north from Lillehammer towards the National Park of Rondane and Jotunheimen.

Norefjell
Norefjell is one of the most dominated mountain areas in the southern Norway, and the closest mountain to Oslo city centre. The terrain offers both steep trails and roads where you follow in the footsteps of one of Norway’s famous artist, Theodor Kittelsen.
