Stenersen Museum

The Stenersen Museum is part of the City of Oslo Art Collections. It displays a representative selection of Norwegian art from 1850 to 1970 in three permanent collections: The Amaldus Nilesen and Ludvig O. Ravensberg painting collections plus Rolf E. Stenersen's bequest to the City of Oslo.

The museum also shows alternating exhibitions with Norwegian and international art - mostly contemporary.

Free entrance during the winter season (1 October - 31 March).

Closed: Mondays, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, 1 May, 17 May, Whit Saturday, Whit Sunday, 24-25 December, 31 December, 1 January.
