The Finnish-Norwegian Cultural Institute is open to the public.
Its goal is to strengthen the contact between Finland and Norway's cultures, societies and businesses and increase the countries' knowledge about each other.
The centre offers exhibitions, language classes, concerts, seminars and other events.
