Skiglede offers lessons in cross-country skiing, telemark skiing, slalom, jibbing and snowboard.
The lessons are given to individuals or small groups, by highly instructors who are experienced in their dicipline. Skiglede offers lessons on all levels.
Lessons in alpine skiing/snowboard take place in Oslo Winter Park Tryvann and Tommkleiva. Cross-country lessons normally start by the lake Øvresetertjern, and the nearby forest is used for practice.
Skiglede specialises in cross-country lessons for tourists, and also organises private lessons for groups or businesses.
