Big seafood concept on the water's edge at Tjuvholmen. Sjømagasinet has three departments: a restaurant, a fish shop and a knowledge centre for fish, seafood and suitable wines. The seafood is prepared in innovative ways, and the chefs use a charcoal grill to give the food finesse and a slightly caramelised taste.
