Grilleriet is a restaurant that is truly dedicated to grilling. Most of the food is cooked on a charcoal grill in the heart of the open kitchen.

Seasonal Nordic ingredients form the base of the dishes at Grilleriet, but the chefs are not afraid to add exotic spices or ingredients to create new tastes.

In the bar around the kitchen, you can sit just a few metres from the chefs while they cook.

Grilleriet is located in the Folketeateret passage by Youngstorget square.
The restaurant is closed from early July to mid-August.
