Where to find us
You can speak with one of our knowledgeable staff members at the official tourist information of Oslo, Oslo Visitor Centre. It is located in the Central Station, in the yellowish building known as Østbanehallen.
Address: Jernbanetorget 1, 0154 Oslo
If you are coming from inside the central station, follow the signs that say "Tourist information". They will lead you to Østbanehallen. Once you are there, you will find Oslo Visitor Centre across the hall, to the right.
If you are coming from Østbanehallen's main entrance (from Karl Johan Street and the Tiger Statue) you will find us directly on your left once inside the main hall of Østbanehallen.

They might also help you prepare your turn at the counter, so that you already know exactly what you want to purchase once your number is called.
