Marketing department

The Marketing department has several areas of responsibilitiy regarding our city's communication with international and domestic travel trade and media.

We attend a selection of international travel trade fairs, workshops, roadtrips and other events in cooperation with Innovation Norway and our cooperating partners. We also produce and distribute the official printed material for Oslo: The Oslo Guide, the official Oslo Tourist Map and a Norwegian Tourist Map, What's on, The Oslo Pass city card and booklet as well as a wide variety of reports and presentations. 


The department hosts a number of familiarization trips and press trips every year, mostly in cooperation with Innovation Norway. In addition, we offer public relations services in general.

About VisitOSLO

  • A comprehensive Oslo Guide in Japanese, Chinese and Russian
