The brand new park in Tryvann includes a downhill bike park and one of Scandinavia's largest climbing parks. Oslo Summer Park is open every day until October.

The climbing park has over 120 elements on eight different courses of varying difficulty. Real daredevils can try the zip-lines, the longest one measuring 230 metres, 20 metres above the ground.

Climbing equipment is included in the entry ticket to the climbing park. Private equipment is not permitted. The climbing park is open every day of the week.

The bike park consists of four downhill trails - some for beginners and some for more experienced trail-riders. In the forest there are four bike trails and an exciting championship course.

Near the parking lot is Toppsenteret, which offers rental of downhill bikes, dirt track bikes and off-road bikes. The bike park is open on Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am to 7 pm.

Hungry bikers and climbers can stop by Godt Brød ("Good Bread") Bakery at Toppsenteret, which offers organic "boller" (sweet rolls) and rolls. The park also has a lavvu (Sami tent) and barbecue areas.
