New sculpture park at Tjuvholmen opens 11 August

Tjuvholmen Sculpture Park is set around the new Astrup Fearnley Museum, at the tip of Tjuvholmen. The park includes five sculptures by internationally known artists, as well as a beach and green lawns with trees.

The park was designed by world famous architect Renzo Piano, who also designed the new Astrup Fearley Museum of Modern Art, which opens 26 September. Tjuvholmen Sculpture Park consists partly of works from the Selvaag collection and partly by special purchases made ​​by Tjuvholmen KS.
