Winter Walk: History & Secrets at Akershus fortress

Guided walk in the old city centre: "Stories and Secrets at the Akershus Fortress"
The old City Hall at Christiania square was the city’s meeting place, today housing a small museum. Oslo's 1000-year history is presented in a short film (15 minutes). The guide then takes you to the 14th-century fortress of Akershus and along the ramparts where the guide will talk about kings and nobilities, villains and ghosts. The tour ends on the roof terrace of the hotel Grims Grenka, where you will be served a hot beverage and can enjoy a great view.

Duration of walk: 1,5 - 2hrs.

The tours will be conducted in Norwegian and English. You can buy tickets directly from the guide, or at the Tourist Information Centres in Oslo.
