Cheap restaurants and cafés

Below you will find suggestions for places where you can get dinner at a low price.

How do we define cheap?
We have included places that offer a selection of main courses that are less than 150 NOK. The price of drinks is not considered.

There are of course many more reasonable eateries in Oslo than the ones listed here. If you are looking for a cheap meal, the streets Grønland, Grønlandsleiret and Torggata are good places to start. If you want a quick meal and don’t need a table, you will find cheap take-away like kebab or burgers in almost any area.
