Christmas Walk: Ibsen, Munch, and the Kristiania Bohemians

Guided tour on foot in the Oslo city centre. Duration of walk: 1,5-2 hrs.

The walk starts at the National Gallery, where
it focuses on the Munch paintings. Next, the walk continues through the Royal Palace park and on to Ibsen's apartment, which can be seen from the street. Finally, the tour follows Ibsen's daily route, which passes the National Theatre on the way to Grand Café. The sidewalk along the route has been decorated with Ibsen quotes.
Start: The Christmas market by the City Hall.
