Oslofjord Kayak

From the pier at Sjølyst Marina (where you rent your kayak), a nice route for unexperienced paddlers is out of Bestumkilen and along the Fornebu peninsula out to the island Snarøya. More experienced paddlers could also paddle south across to Nesodden and Bunnefjorden.

Rental prices: 100 NOK pr. hour, 250 for 5 hours (half day), 450 for a whole day (12 hours) and 700 for a weekend (Friday afternoon - Monday morning). Included in the rental price: Paddles, paddling vests and cover. It is not necessary to book in advance.

One must be minimum 16 years old to rent a kayak (unless accompanied by an adult).
Season: May - September.
