Tourist Information Department

The Tourist Information Centres in Oslo are your hosts when you are planning a visit to Oslo and when you are here.

Our main task is to provide correct, useful and inspiring information for visitors and potential visitors. Through this work we want to contribute to an enjoyable experience for our guests, and make sure they take part in all the things the city offers. This work is partly funded by the Municipality of Oslo.

 

VisitOSLO operates two all-year Tourist Information Centres; the Tourist Information Centre by the Central Station and the Tourist Information Centre by City Hall. The call centre is open Monday-Friday all year round. There is a third Tourist Information Office at the Cruise Terminal, which is open when cruise ships visit Oslo.

 

The Tourist Information Department is responsible for the operation and development of VisitOSLO's online booking.
