The Norwegian version of the hit musical MAMMA MIA! premieres in the new Folketeatret in Oslo on 19 March 2009.
MAMMA MIA! is based on the fantastic music of ABBA. The musical tells the the story of an independent mother and her curious daughter, who invites her three possible fathers to her wedding. The musical will be played in Norwegian.
The wonderful storyline and the classic ABBA songs have made this musical a huge hit everywhere. The international version of MAMMA MIA! has been seen by 30 million people.
The movie version of the musical has also been a huge hit the world over, and in Norway over half a million tickets have been sold in just six weeks.
Tickets are already available for businesses and groups of 20 or more.
Tickets on general sale from 25 August at 9 am at Billettluka, phone 815 11 500 and Folketeateret's ticket office. The doors from Youngstorget into Folketeaterpassasjen will open at 6 am.
