The administration and department of accounting and finance coordinate management and staff functions.
This includes extensive contact with our shareholders, other partners, the City of Oslo and other relevant authorities.
National media and to a certain extent international media are also handled by the administration. We issue the monthly news bulletin “OsloProfilen”, produce the company’s yearly marketing plan and annual report. The administration of the Oslo-guide board rests with us. In addition we collect, produce and distribute hotel statistics for Oslo and the immediate region. The free photo service offered to the press and the travel trade is handled and approved by us.
The department of accounting and finance is responsible for accounting, payroll, budgets and cash flow management. Financial handling and control of the OsloPass and the hotel booking service are included. IT and office functions are also managed by this department.
