“Det som drar veldig ned er hygienen, d var direkte møkkete på rommet. Ga tilbakemelding til personale at gulvene ikke var vasket og støvsuget ved ankomst. Etter påminning to ganger ble det støvsuget. Badet vasket vi selv. Støv over alt i tillegg.”

Nice but on a loud Road

“The Hotel is nice and clean with a very good breakfast buffet. It is in the city centre and in walking distance to the train station. We had a nice room witch was looking to a busy road which woke us up early unfortunately. But overall a nice hotel.”

“Unfortunately the hotel was not able the ( onlu for the first night) to give a room with extra bed as requested also if i reserved 2-3 wekk in advance. ”

“Room service did not clean dirty glasses. They even changed the towels that still were hanging on the rack. Despite of that the bathroom and bedroom were cleaned daily.”

breakfast and heat

“thank you for asking. The room was too warm and there was no way to cool it short of opening the windows. We missed breakfast, due to lack of information at the front desk. We had to leave the hotel at 7AM in order to catch the bus to the airport. We asked the day before if we could have a box breakfast prepared for us. We were told "no". The next day when we were leaving the hotel at 7 AM the clerk then told us that we could have had cold cereal, just not hot food like bacon and eggs. We LOVED NORWAY AND OSLO. We plan to return and we might stay at the Tron Hotell Terminus again. Meanwhile I will study Norwegian here in San Francisco.”

“We arrived very late at approc 11.30pm, there was only 1 front-desk staff to serve us (we had booked 3 rooms). There were 3 to 4 other guest checking in at the same time so there was a 15-20 mins wait. One room was not ready and had to be setup asap. One of the double rooms was way out on the floor though it was a very large double room (more like a large studio flat). Buffet breakfast was good and there were light refreshments served in the evening.”
