at festivals it's always fun to look at what people wear. they tend to dress more "alternatively" than they do in their everyday life. this summer I went to the Øya festival which was a very rainy experience. it's hard to stay dry (and clean!) in the rainy & muddy festival area. in addition to a lot of ponchos, i saw some creative solutions like a home-made "bag hat" or an improvised plastic skirt. of course, umbrellas are not allowed inside the festival area! I had to leave mine in the umbrella prison by the exit :)
