I am sure I speak for every Utlending who has spent time in beautiful Oslo when I say we are all grieving and praying for the residents of that city. I know that the loving kindness which surrounded me over half a century ago still abounds in Norwegians of today. I know you will heal as a people. Please know that there are many, many hearts with you every step of the way.
