The Norwgian artist Carl Nesjar made som important art pieces together with Pablo Picasso in 1956-71. The pieces are made in concrete and are located outside the governments headquarters in Oslo just a couple of minutes walk from the parliament. The most famous piece is called The Fishermen and it is on a wall more or less on a square in front of the main building in the governments headquarter. (It is difficult to explain exactly where it is, but I promise that if you go there you will find it!) Akersgata
