If you're in Oslo on a Sunday night, you should go hear Frank Znort Quartet at Blå. Entrance is free and the concert is a real energy boost. the "quartet" usally counts a lot more than 4 people, and they play an mix of music genres - not always predictable but colourful, fun, happy and energetic. sunday nights can be a quiet night to go out, so this is highly recommended. they have been playing free sunday night concerts for many many years, the last couple of years in the club Blå (www.blaaoslo.no). this summer they had a gig at the Oslo Live festival, which is where the photos are from.
