Victoria
Meet Victoria, the freelancer who loves to travel and to discover new places, but who still loves Oslo and all it has to offer when she is back home from her travels.
One of her jobs is as a marketing manager for Retro Tours Norway, who offer sightseeing from retro styled motorbikes with sidecars.

Where do you go to find excitement, to feel alive?
Sommerro House has it all! In the weekends, Ekspedisjonshallen has live music and serves great food and drinks. Stop by here for brunch, lunch or dinner, and you will experience the vibrant atmosphere of the 1930s, the decade in which the building was first built.
What makes Oslo a great place for families and children?
Having grown up on a small island outside Oslo myself, I never thought I would have kids in the city. I know too well how boring the big city weekends can be for restless toddlers. Luckily, Oslo has plenty to offer in terms of children's activities.
No matter the season, and no matter your or your kids' preferences, Oslo will have activities both adults and children can enjoy: skiing dowhill or cross-country in the Holmenkollen area, taking the ferry out to the many islands in the Oslo Fjord during spring, or spending the day at a beach on Bygdøy.
Many of the cultural institution, such as the Deichman library in Bjørvika, the museums, and the theatres, offer free activities for children during the weekends.
Retro Tours Norway
Victoria works at Retro Tours Norway, a sightseeing company who will let you discover Oslo in style, riding in the sidecar of a retro motorbike.
Where can you get the best hot chocolate in Oslo?
My favourite spot for a delicious hot drink is Cocoa. They serve the best chili hot chocolate in the city. It is located in Grünerløkka, not far from the famous espresso bar Tim Wendelboe.
Where is the best place to go for a run in Oslo?
Frognerkilen and the walking paths and trails of Bygdøy, with a varied terrain through woodlands and along the waterfront. Your run will take you past the Oscarshall castle, the Folk Museum, as well as the beaches Huk, Paradisbukta and Bygdøy Sjøbad.
