For some, this means having access to a lift going to bathrooms located on a different floor. For others, it might mean a lower noise level, or an assurance that the restaurant can accommodate for allergy and dietary restrictions without forgoing the taste.

The restaurants, bars and cafés mentioned in this guide are pulled from external sources, such as Vink's Restaurant Guide (in Norwegian). VisitOSLO does not have the authority to certify any business as "wheelchair friendly" or any other accessibility criteria.

It is VisitOSLO's aim to gather even more and even better information about Oslo's restaurants and their level of accessibility for different groups. Do you have information that could be useful in this regard? Please send us an e-mail at [email protected].

We welcome information about restaurants which fit into the categories above, or about restaurants with a braille menu or other such efforts to include as many as possible into their culinary experience.
