Where do you go to relax?
– I love Frognerparken in all seasons. I walk the different paths, look at the sculptures, the flowers and sit down at the cafés. Wintertime is precious and magical with blue and white atmosphere from the glittering snow and the pale Nordic light.
Which museum is a must-see?
– The MUNCH Museum is exciting – a tall, impressive building in a beautiful area by the sea. I also enjoy going to the top floor bar and see the view, breathtaking panoramic sights of the city of Oslo.

Any food recommendations?
Brasserie Coucou at Solli Plass is a mini Paris in the middle of our capital, it is like a travel to French culture.
Delicatessen Tapas bar at Grunerløkka has benches to sit outside – a great place after work with a salad and a glass of rosé.
Sanguine Brasserie at the Opera house has a lot of light and is a super place to sit down for lunch.
Dinner, a classic Asian restaurant. Enjoy Dim Sum by the City Hall for every day style when not requiring anything fancy. A great drop in place.
Brasserie France has a great seafood platter.

... and what about the wine?
I love wine bars, and Vinoteket is a favourite place with a large selection of wine by the glass.
Radegast wine bar at Nedre Foss Gård is also fantastic with a great selection of South African wines, especially cozy in winter. To continue with a meal in the restaurant is a super night out.
