Discount code

VisitOSLO will create a discount code for the congress. You are responsible for distributing the code to the congress delegates beforehand.

The congress delegate enters the discount code during the purchase process in the Oslo Pass app and will receive a 20% discount at checkout.

The discount code is valid for a limited, agreed-upon period of time.

Would you like to pre-order the Oslo Pass for your meeting delegates?

As a congress or meeting organizer, you receive a 20% discount on the adult Oslo Pass when pre-ordering passes for your meeting delegates.

The Oslo Pass provides free entry to over 30 museums and attractions, free public transport in zones 1, 2, 3, 4V, and 4N, as well as discounts on sightseeing tours, activities, shops, and restaurants. The Oslo Pass also includes transport to and from Oslo Airport Gardermoen with local trains operated by VY.

Pre-ordering:

Fill in the form and submit it to VisitOSLO’s Congress Department.

Once you have ordered codes for the Oslo Pass app, we will send the codes to you by e-mail. It is your responsibility to destribute the codes to the meeting delegates.

Unused codes may be returned within one week after the congress has ended, provided they have not been redeemed in the Oslo Pass app. These should be sent by e-mail to [email protected] and will be credited by VisitOSLO’s finance department.

A copy of the participant confirmation must be submitted to VisitOSLO’s Congress Department in advance.
