Apart from voting rights for shareholders at VisitOSLO's general meeting, shareholders and other partners are afforded the same benefits. It is not possible to become a shareholder, without being a partner. VisitOSLO therefore refers to both partners and shareholders as "Partner".

Being a partner with VisitOSLO is a mutual and active collaboration. Partners are encouraged to utilise every relevant benefit for maximum gain. VisitOSLO are obligated to provide information on the benefits that pertains to the partnership, and Partner is responsible for contacting VisitOSLO if there are benefits they wish to make use of.
Partner is responsible to keep VisitOSLO informed regarding any factors that may impact the collaboration or may impact our ability to follow up or promote Partner in a favourable way. Such factors may include:
