Would you like to promote events in our What’s On calendar?

Here you’ll find information about the What’s On calendar guidelines and how to submit events to us.

We receive events either through automatic submission from ticketing systems or via manual submission using our registration form or by email.

Tip! Before submitting an event to us, check whether it has already been published in the calendar.

Automatic submission via ticketing system

If tickets for your event are sold through Ticketmaster, TicketCo, eBillett (DX), Hoopla, Tixly, or Tikkio, it will be submitted to us automatically.

Our editors review whether the event complies with our guidelines before it is edited and published in the calendar. You can find the guidelines further down on this page.

Manual submission via registration form

If your event is not submitted to us automatically, you can send it to us using our registration form.

Please note

  • All events are reviewed manually by an editor. We aim to stay updated at least one month in advance.
  • We only register events that are submitted more than five working days before the event start date. Submit your event as early as possible — the earlier you do so, the more likely it is to be included in the calendar.
  • If essential information is missing, this may result in your event not being published in the What’s On calendar.
  • What we are able to publish may vary by season. We reserve the right to make an editorial judgement on each individual event.
  • Do you believe your event meets our guidelines but still hasn’t appeared in the calendar with less than a month to go? Feel free to contact us at [email protected].
